How Prima Zaak works.
Prima Zaak makes websites for businesses across the Netherlands that don’t have one yet. A Dutch company: one person and a team of AI assistants.
Why does Prima Zaak exist?
Many good businesses still have no website. The baker around the corner, the bike repair shop, the painter. Not because they don’t want one. It’s a hassle: quotes, meetings, and then waiting to see what you get.
So we turn it around. We make the website first. Then we show it to you. Do you like it? Then we put it online. Don’t you like it? Then you have lost nothing.

AI does the work. A person checks every website before it goes online.

- Our AI team makes a free example Using only public details: name, address, opening hours and what you sell. It costs you nothing.
- You get a letter, or you ask for it yourself We send you a letter with your example. Or you ask for it yourself by WhatsApp, phone or e-mail; then we e-mail you the link. No salesperson at your door.
- You look and say what should change Simply in your own words, by WhatsApp or e-mail (soon on the website too). Our AI makes the change and quickly sends you a screenshot of the result.
- A person checks it, then it goes online Do you take the website? Then a person checks it from top to bottom and we proofread the texts. Within 24 hours of your approval it is online, and we submit it to Google.
- We look after it Automatically, without you having to ask: hosting, security and updates, the https certificate, backups and renewing your domain name. On request: changes to texts, photos, prices or opening hours. Send a message, we take care of it.
What does the AI do, and what does a person do?
The AI does everything that takes time. It makes the example, writes the texts and builds the website. It also answers your e-mails, WhatsApp messages and phone calls first. It always says that it is an AI.
A person supervises. A person checks every website before it goes online. Do you ask for a person, by e-mail, WhatsApp or phone? Then a person takes over the conversation or calls you back. And agreements on price and contract are always made with a person.

Why the name Prima Zaak?
“Prima zaak!” is what a Dutch shopkeeper says when a deal is done: “Good deal!” And “zaak” also means your business, your shop. It fits.
